Melissa Solomon is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in Marketing, Publication Design, and Education. She is skilled in Curriculum Development and Design, Copy Editing, Graphic Design, Publication Design, Press Kits, Custom Artwork, and Marketing. Melissa is currently seeking employment in marketing and publication design but will consider other areas related to visual communication design and / or education.
Melissa graduated with distinction with her Master of Arts in Visual Communication Design from Liberty University in May 2022. Prior to this degree, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music with a secondary area of study in Biology from Excelsior College in 2020. Earlier in her career, Melissa pursued a double major in Commercial Music and Music Business from Belmont University. She worked in the music business industry in marketing, promotions, and public relations while living in Nashville, TN.
Her career also includes years of experience in teaching and school administration. She excels in curriculum development and even created and designed a 900+ page virtual textbook / workbook for implementation of STARBASE curriculum. This included layout and design, content development and editing, and all interactive elements.
Melissa is a published author of multiple books. She laid out and designed each one from start to finish. She is also an artist and has illustrated multiple children’s books.
